Membership
Terms and Conditions:
- All memberships are personal and non-transferable.
- Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase and must be renewed before the expiration date to maintain access.
Payment and Cancellation:
- Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies or relocation beyond a 30-mile radius from the club.
- Members may freeze their membership for up to three months per year for medical or travel reasons with prior notice.
- To cancel a membership, members are not required to provide a 30-day written notice.
Members Code of Conduct:
- Respect all trainers, staff, and fellow members.
- Use equipment properly and return it to its designated place after use.
- Adhere to the club's dress code and hygiene standards.
- Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
Class and Training
Class Schedule:
- Class schedules are subject to change. Members should check the schedule regularly for updates.
- Members should arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Personal Training:
- Personal training sessions must be scheduled directly with the trainer.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Packages for personal training sessions have an expiration date, typically 6 months from the date of purchase.
Health and Safety
Safety Guidelines and Protocols:
- Members must complete a health and safety induction before using the facilities.
- Always use equipment as instructed and ask for help if unsure.
- Report any injuries, equipment malfunctions, or hazards to a staff member immediately.
Health Requirements and Waivers:
- All members must complete a health questionnaire and sign a waiver of liability before participating in any activities.
- Members with medical conditions should consult a doctor before joining and inform the club of any relevant health issues.
Emergency Procedures:
- In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of staff members and evacuate the premises if necessary.
- Emergency exits are clearly marked and should be used only in case of emergencies.

- We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and health information for membership and safety purposes.
- Data is used to manage memberships, communicate with members, and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

- Personal data is stored securely and only accessible to authorised staff members.

- Boxing and related activities carry inherent risks. Members participate at their own risk.

- Boxing is a physically demanding sport. Members should be aware of the risks and ensure they are physically capable of participating.
- It is recommended that members consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
